For months, people have been speculating over who Meghan would wear down the aisle for her Royal Wedding and finally our prayers were answered. Meghan stunned in an elegant and original Clare Waight Keller for Givenchy design with clean lines and simple details. Her hair was pulled into a soft bun which allowed everyone to see her face. Meghan’s veil was a shocking 16.5-feet embellished with 53 flowers – one for each nation in the British Commonwealth. Meghan borrowed a lovely diamond bandeau tiara from Queen Elizabeth that once belonged to Queen Mary. Meghan’s makeup was unsurprisingly glowy, soft, and natural that we’re sure to see on red-carpets, runways and of course – weddings – for months to come. Meghan will also wow the crowd by in changing into a second dress later in the day.

Wedding Party

Harry’s brother aka Prince William aka The Duke of Cambridge served as a noble and incredible best man while Jessica Mulroney, celebrity stylist and Meghan’s BFF, served as her only adult bridesmaid. Apart from Jess and Will, Harry and Meghan’s wedding party was composed of friend’s and family’s children, from the incredible adorable Prince George and Princess Charlotte, Jessica’s daughter Ivy, Harry’s god-daughters Florence van Cutsem and Zalie Warren as well as Meghan’s goddaughters Remi and Ryland Lit. The Mulroney boys, Brian and John, also had a role in the wedding as page boys with Harry’s god-son Jasper Dyer.

 Ceremony and Reception

Harry and Meghan set a world record, beating William and Kate’s, for most television views at a shocking 2 billion views world wide. After their ceremony, Harry and Meghan Markle took a fantasy carriage ride through Windsor Town where they waved to adoring fans, spectators and citizens looking more regal than ever. The ceremony was incredibly star studded and entertaining with beautiful songs and a lively ceremony by Reverend Michael Curry. After the wedding, Meghan and Harry will proceed to St. George’s Hall for a formal reception of all their guests and later embraced a small, private reception for family and friends at Frogmore House.

Celebrity Guests

What’s a royal wedding without a couple stand-out guests, am I right? Aside from the regular royal crowd – Will and Kate, The Queen and Philip, Charles and Camilla – Harry and Meghan were blessed with some Hollywood royalty from Sir Elton John and The Spice Girls to Amal and George Clooney, Victoria and David Beckham, James Cordon, Idris Elba, Serena WIlliams and Oprah as well as Meghan’s Suits co-stars, Abigail Spencer, Sarah Rafferty, and her ex-tv-husband Patrick J. Adams.

Honeymoon

While there’s been no official word from Kensington Palace if and when the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be taking a honeymoon, it is rumoured that the two will visit a continent close to their hearts – Africa. The two famously fell in love in Botswana during their courtship and will in turn are rumoured to be staying at a luxury lodge in Namibia, Africa, after their wedding.
