Or somebody did, at least. ‘Cause his majesty never took the stage.
Well, now he’s making up for it by taking over Toronto with TWO Tuesday night shows. Tickets went on sale yesterday (aka: start hitting Craigslist immediately) for the 8pm and 11pm performances at the Sony Centre.
According to CBC, “The back-to-back shows on Tuesday are part of a tour in which Prince has been announcing his performances at the last minute.”
No one else could get away with doing this. But, then again, maybe that’s why blouses always win.
