You Can Now Pay Your Rent on Credit Card and Debit

The first of the month just got a little easier.

RentMoola is a global payment network that allows tenants and owners to get rewarded (think: free taxi rides and discounts on cable and Internet) for paying rent and condo fees online via credit card and direct debit.

And they’re basically trying to take over the world.

With a goal to become ‘The Rent Payment Network for All,” in only two years the company has already opened offices in three countries including Canada, the US, and a recently launched platform in the UK. The next stop is Australia and then the rest of the Asia Pacific.

And then utter and complete global dominance, obviously.

But hey, if partnerships with heavy hitters like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Barclays don’t convince you that

RentMoola is set to become the rent payment system you’ll soon be using, the fact that you can finally throw out your chequebook (seriously, who uses cheques anymore?) probably will.

In our modern young professional lives two truths continue to stand out to measure the success of something new:

You’re busy. It’s easy.

Check. Check. And no cheque.
