One of our favorite Montreal food trucks, Le Cheese, is now officially open for business with its first casse-croute located on 5976 Monkland Avenue.
Oh, cheesy times, rejoice…
After achieving enormous success with Le Cheese Food Truck, the NDG natives felt the time was right to open up their very own restaurant. “When an opportunity presented itself in the hood, it felt like an obvious choice”, said Pascal Salzman, the big cheese at Le Cheese. “We have a cheesy bond with this neighbourhood because of our Pop-Up at Cosmos”.
The casse-croute will be serving up their famed cheesy classics daily including mouth-watering mac and cheese, the grilled cheese sandwich, Philly cheesesteak, gazpacho, those delicious tater tots, deep-fried cheesecake and more, more, more.
Le Cheese casse-croute is open daily for lunch, dinner, and late-night eats (4am on the weekends), so Montrealers will finally get to cheese out whenever their cravings desire.
