The 20th Anniversary of the neighbourhood street festival is going on July 21. Sample salsas, be entertained and peruse the street vendors. There will be five stages and when you purchase a bag of chips, the funds help support two charities: the Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association and Norfolk Housing.
