This weekend, Sorbara Development Group unveils a new option for downtown dwellers looking for an alternative to high-rise living. If you’re kicking around the city this weekend, discover the distinctively different urban living experience that is 32 Camden in an open house like you’ve never been to before that includes, among other things, delicious local eats and booze. In the spirit of showcasing the neighbourhood, a one-of-a-kind open house, Live Camden, has been created. Live Camden is a concept co-created and conceived by Housing Lab Toronto and prominent culture producer/fixture on the city’s art scene, Marcello Cabezas.
During the Live Camden weekend open house, the experiences will be curated by various local businesses, including: La Merceria, Sanagan’s Meat Locker, Valdez, The Chickery, The Detox Market, Strivelife, Toronto Flower Market, Steamwhistle Brewery and Kops Records. Tequila Tromba and Vitamin Water are the beverage partners, and Uber will provide complimentary black car service to the event. Young professional powerhouse duo Candice & Alison Events Group will provide event management for the two-day affair (so we already know it will go off without a hitch), and Toronto indie rock legend Brendan Canning of Broken Social Scene will also be at 32 Camden on Saturday and Sunday spinning some of his favourites as a special guest of Kops Records!
