Hawksworth Restaurant is presenting a rare opportunity to meet one of France’s most esteemed winemakers, Michel Chapoutier, at an intimate winemaker dinner in Hawksworth’s private York Room on Wednesday, June 20th at 7pm. Chapoutier will personally host an incredible culinary evening, pairing wines from M. Chapoutier’s wineries in Australia and the Alsace region, with an outstanding five-course tasting menu and canape reception, prepared by Chef David Hawksworth and team. This is Chapoutier’s sole winemaker dinner in Vancouver.
