The Grand Opening of Jargo

On May 29th, 2014, the new JARGO Chophouse & Mixologie with its JARGO Cafe by illy at 8 Sherbrooke Ouest, will open its doors to the general public. As a modern new-age steakhouse, JARGO embodies a female-friendly environment that incorporates health conscious and ethically sourced food choices. JARGO’s around-the-clock service includes lunch, dinner and weekend brunches, all deliciously prepared by its renowned in-house Chef Niko Karagiannakis. Its unique Dr. Joseph A. Schwarcz’s certified menu items bring out the best and highest quality in meats and salads, sourced directly from organic farms. 

From its in-house 1950’s Milan-inspired illy Cafe, each pastry selection guarantees authentic homemade tastes with every bite. With the use of an 1800-degree over-fired Montague broiler, JARGO steaks are cooked at innovative speeds with infrared burners. The strikingly designed bar features a top-tier mixologie program created by in-house mixologist;Nectar & Mixologie. While the bar provides a selection of creative cocktails as well as a list of updated of timeless classics, JARGO’s wine cellar boasts an impressive collection of over 12 wines by the glass.
