Chef Anthony Rose has done it again, tempting our palates with a badass barbeque joint found behind his diner-style resto Rose & Sons. Oh… you haven’t heard? Well listen up, because Big Crow BBQ is bringing a flock of smoky glory to your picnic table…
The menu is simple yet stunning: swordfish, Miami and baby back ribs, rabbit, and lobster all get the grilling gusto. Potato and corn salads and ketchup chips transport you to the cottage without leaving the city. Verdict: The Big Crow’s caw is as big as its bite.
It’s a gourmet take on summertime traditions, and we couldn’t be any fonder. The cabin-esque outdoor digs are what brought us in, but the food is what will keep us heading back.
But we can’t help but wonder one thing: Can Chef Anthony Rose do no wrong? Only time will tell… but we’re guessing that query will be met with a resounding “No!”
