Will You Accept This Rosé?

We are thrilled to officially announce the launch of Mionetto Prosecco Rosé in Canada, starting with exclusive availability in Alberta and British Columbia!

Mionetto has an established reputation for quality, tradition and innovation, producing exceptional wines with consistent national and international acclaim. Refreshingly Italian and of outstanding quality – Mionetto is Prosecco excellence. Mionetto originated in the heart of the northern Italian Prosecco growing region of Veneto. Available in more than 70 countries, Mionetto is the world’s best-selling Prosecco* bringing Italian Prosecco enjoyment to people around the globe.

Prosecco Rosé DOC has been officially permitted by the Italian government and is now coming to Canada. With the debut of this new product, Mionetto presents the new arrival Prosecco Rosé DOC.

Mionetto Prosecco Rosé is obtained through the soft pressing of two grape varieties; Glera and Pinot Noir.  A sparkling wine that combines Prosecco DOC freshness with elegant aromas. The grapes are left in contact with the skins to macerate for several days to give this Rosé its pale pink hue inspired by peach flowers with a taste and smell of a fruity bouquet with clear notes of grapefruit and red berries Secondary fermentation (Charmat method) in temperature-controlled stainless steel for a prolonged maturation of 60 days gives it its honey and bread crust aromas.

The result is a premium and high-quality product featuring a delicate yet modern character. This winning combination allows Prosecco Rosé DOC to interpret the trendiest side of Mionetto and appeal to those who show a great appreciation for “rosé” drinking.

This sparkling wine is produced by the soft pressing of selected Raboso grapes from the Piave and Trentino Lagrien area. The bright color is peach pink with delicate deep red glimmers. It has a delicate perlage and the foam is rich and persistent. The aroma is reminiscent of pink grapefruit, raspberry and blackcurrant with a hint of wild roses. Its taste is intense with adequate acidity, well-balanced and fresh with notes of raspberry.
