A Taste of Iceland

The mulit-city festival Taste of Iceland is hitting the streets of Toronto, giving us the chance to experience Icelandic cuisine, music and culture. Enjoy Iceland’s delicacies showcased in a four-course prix-fixe menu at Luma. The menu is a collaboration of 2014’s Nordic Chef of the Year, Viktor Örn Andrésson, Anthony Walsh and Michael Wilson.

But wait, it gets better.

Drop by the Horseshoe Tavern for a free concert by a selection of Icelandic artists to experience the best of the country’s music scene. We’re talking electronic, hip hop, synth pop and everything in between.

No, we’re not done yet.

What’s a festival without films? The Royal Theatre will be screening a series of short films followed by a documentary both curated by the Reykvavik Short & Docs Film Festival.

So pretty much when all of this is done, “Expert of Iceland” can be added to your resume.
