Elevator Pitch: Describe your job in a nutshell.
I am a founder and a partner of a boutique law firm that specializes in Real Estate and Business law.
Why did you start your company? What was the inspiration for this career route?
I was always entrepreneurial and wanted to have my own law firm at some point in my legal career. I was fortunate enough to find the right partners at a time when I was really unhappy as an associate at the law firm I was working at.
What is the best part of what you do on a day-to-day basis? The most challenging part?
The best part is making money and taking on new business with new challenges. The most challenging part is being a lawyer and being a business person, because both require a great deal of work and time commitment.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself being part of a dynamic and reputable boutique law firm in the city of Toronto and hopefully being able to take more vacation time.
What does success look like to you?
Ultimately success is the ability to have economic and personal freedom to do all things you want and to be able to enjoy it with your family and friends and to leave behind a notable legacy.
What is the most memorable milestone in your career?
The most memorable milestone thus far has been opening up our new office at Avenue and Eglinton.
Do you have any advice for other young professionals?
My advice is to not be afraid to take on new challenges and to seize opportunities when they come. The time for any professional to take any risk is when they are young.
Do you support any charities? If so, which one(s) and why is that important to you?
I am involved with the Jewish National Fund (JNF). I was born in Israel and JNF supports a lot of community projects all over Israel.

Notable is something you recognize and set as an example for yourself in order to achieve all things you want from life.
