AGO Massive Party
AGO’s Massive Party fundraiser shuts down the gallery on April 19th for an evening of art celebration and cultural exploration. This year’s event is orchestrated by Canadian artist Bruno Billio, and the AGO is asking the next generation of art enthusiasts to think about what ‘The Future of Art Is…’ Whatever the answer, the AGO and its Massive Party will be on the cutting-edge. 

Green Living Show
It’s spring in the city which means the Green Living Show blooms at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre today through Sunday. Heave on over to Canada’s largest consumer trade show dedicated to all things green for the home and beyond. Check out new products, innovative inventions, and the latest in green decor.

11th Annual POGO Gala
POGO (Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario) is holding it’s 11th annual gala at the Liberty Grand (25 British Columbia Road) on Saturday night, inviting guests from all over the city to dress to the nines and raise funds for this fantastic cause. It’s a glamorous and high society affair to be sure, and one that attracts the city’s finest year after year.

22nd Annual CN Tower Climb
The 22nd annual Canada Life CN Tower Climb is next week, with ‘Team Day’ on the 19th and the ‘Public Climb’ on the 21st. Proceeds raised from those daring enough to master the many steps of the Toronto symbol go to support the World Wildlife Fund. Show your support for the planet in a physically-active and collaborative way at this year’s event.

Red and White Ball
Rethink Breast Cancer’s annual Red and White Ball fundraiser takes over The Courthouse (57 Adelaide Street East) on April 20th. This is one of those party-in-style events, where the signature-colour clad crowd sips on cocktails while shaking it off on the dance floor. Grab a ticket and help celebrate the deconstruction of the colour pink. 

Little Anthony’s Grand Opening
Toronto staple Little Anthony’s shut down a few months ago for a complete overhaul and redirection. While the name is staying the same, little else of the original restaurant remains. To celebrate the ‘new’ establishment, they’re hosting a Grand Opening fundraiser for Second Harvest on April 18th with bubbly, hors d’oeuvres, and tastes from the new menu. 121 Richmond Street West.
