For this special mini series we’ve partnered with Aaron Parker of “The Lucky Few” podcast and Aguamiel Tequila to speak with courageous individuals who’ve cast off their traditional 9-5 jobs and have instead boldly pursued what can only be defined as dream jobs. These people often exercise skills in photography, blogging, graphic design, and digital marketing – often all within the span of a day.
Our first guests, Dave and Deb from The Planet D, are the “OG’s” of travel influencers. Before it was popular to quit your job to travel the world and document the whole thing on Instagram, Dave and Deb did just that. They began by cycling through the continent of Africa and have since gone on to explore 106 countries on all 7 continents. They’ve won numerous photography and blogging awards including back-to-back gold medals for best travel blog at both the Society of American Travel Writers and the North American Travel Journalists Association. Not to mention, Forbes Magazine named The Planet D one of the Top 10 Influencers in Travel for 2017.

They have spoken on five continents not only about the business of blogging and social media, but pursuing passion and living life to the fullest and have been featured by BBC World, Red Bull, Martha Stewart, Thrillist, National Geographic and Vogue to name a few.
