Sugar Free Homemade Lemonade

Summer has finally graced us with its presence and nothing says summer more than a refreshing drink. If you’re looking for the perfect HEALTHY lemonade then you’ve come to the right place. This lemonade is the perfect drink alternative to keep you cool, and hydrated all season long! All too often we forget about the incredible benefits of citrus, so before we dive into the receipe here are just a few things to keep in mind that citrus has to offer us.

Ingredients
  • Juice from 3 lemons
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp coconut nectar
  • ½ a cup of mint
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 litre of water
Instructions
  1. Into a blender combine all of your ingredients, and blend till smooth, and till you can still see the mint bits, but so finely that they are just little pulses!
  2. It is THAT simple, enjoy.
