Elevator Pitch: Describe your job in a nutshell.
Working as a project manager in the field of industrial engineering is a very interesting and challenging job. Driven by the desire to complete a project on time and within budget, you are constantly taking decisions to balance between these two aspects while maintaining a professional approach with your client and promoting a healthy environment amongst the project team. Not only do you coordinate all aspects of the project, but you are also in charge of the quality of your deliverables.

Why did you start working at your company? What was the inspiration for this career route?
Joining Groupe Alphard was an opportunity to be part of a growing company, an opportunity to touch on the various facets of a company from marketing and business development to project management and design.

The best part of my day is communicating with others and brainstorming to find ways to improve our methods and find solutions to potential problems.

As to the most challenging part… having all project stakeholders come to an agreement!

What does success look like to you?
Being humble and always striving to learn and do better!

What is the most memorable milestone in your career?
Taking the decision to leave my previous employer to join a start-up company.
