You’re Too Late: The Last Bugatti Has Been Sold

The rap game’s most exclusive symbol of swag is now extinct. At least in showrooms.

Volkswagen announced it has sold the 450th and last Bugatti Veyron supercar last week to an undoubtedly ecstatic collector in the Middle East.

Recognized by Guinness World Records as the fastest street-legal car in the world, the super high-end roadsters fetched an average $2.6 million dollars each.

Seems like a reasonable going rate for 1200 HP and a max speed of 253 HP.

Considered more a showcase of technical mastery than mode of transport, it’s unlikely La Finale – as the model was unimaginateively called – will see even a few miles of burn.

We’ll go back to collecting stamps now…
