Looking to take in some great indie theatre? The junction’s Sterling Studio Theatre presents You Said Love by Noah Davis. Why will you like it? It features some of the city’s top talent and it’s about sex. The premise? Two couples come together on the stormy West coast of Vancouver Island and the lines between love and lust are pushed, pulled, and broken in what promises to be “fun, awkward and dirty.”
The play stars Benjamin Ayres, Noah Davis, Ashleigh Rains and Jess Salgueiro and is directed by Angela Besharah. Double Juno nominee and Polaris Prize nominee, Erik Arnesen, of Great Lake Swimmers and Siskiyou, has created the soundtrack.
