You Can Now Get Sushi Burgers at This Toronto Restaurant

Finally an answer to the age-old question at lunch: sushi or burgers? Because now you can have both.

Sushi burgers have started to appear on our Instagram feeds with increasing frequency. They come courtesy of SU&BU (106 John Street), the Toronto restaurant that introduced sushi burritos and whose mantra is ‘Sushi with Style’.

It’s a pretty straightforward creation: raw fish, a selection of plants, and some sauces generously sandwiched between two crispy rice patties.

While we’re still skeptical, early reviews are almost exclusively positive. And, honestly, these sushi burgers look damn amazing…
