Humble Beginnings
What would you be thinking on a ski trip at about 12,000 feet in the sky? We’d like to guess your thoughts probably wouldn’t be swirling with new business opportunities, but for Mike Cooke and Duncan Payne it was exactly that.

The two experienced business and trade show fanatics came up with their idea of a fast-paced trade show dedicated solely to ever-changing technology and launched Hut-2-Hut Events Inc. Together, Cooke and Payne have over 50 years of combined experience in managing international trade shows and conferences, and after focusing on new technology advancement opportunities in Canada, Dx3 Canada began.

Cooke, the former CEO of DMG World Media (Canada’s largest trade show organizer), is well accustomed to business and the digital world while Payne is a former DMG Senior Executive who is well adept in diverse industries from oil and gas to food and retail. Both have broad knowledge of marketing and brands, and together produce remarkable innovative ideas that are sure to give Dx3 Canada a superb vibe.

Here’s Why You’ll Love It
First and foremost, it’s free to attend the trade show floor. It’s a great way to network and grow your business, learn with others and even benefit from other companies. Everyone can become informed about other businesses and become aware of the various digital trends that are rapidly expanding in business and growing in the digital community. Though it is targeted at professionals, it really brings out everyone’s inner child with a chance to fully experience and interact with innovative products and gadgets.

Only the hottest, trendiest digital topics make the cut at Dx3. Sponsors and exhibitors want to offer only the best advancements in digital mediums, and engage audiences in every kind of digital practice.
