WATCH: More Than 500 David Bowie Fans Sing Space Oddity at the AGO

The world was crushed last week when the news that U.K. glam rocker David Bowie had past away at 69, ending his 18 month battle with cancer.

In order to pay their respects, Toronto Bowie fans gathered at the Art Gallery of Ontario over the weekend for a one of kind tribute performance to salute the late Starman.

More than 500 people gathered in the AGO’s grand atrium to sing along with Choir! Choir! Choir!, a music group that brings aficionados together at unique venues to sing along with popular songs.

At the sold out event attendees sang a beautiful rendition of Bowie’s hit, Space Oddity, in three-part harmony.

RIP Starman: to say we’ll miss you doesn’t even scratch the surface,” Choir! Choir! Choir! wrote on their public YouTube channel.

Watch the beautiful rendition below.
