Versace Just Opened a Stunning, Super-Luxurious Hotel in Dubai

For some people, wearing Versace isn’t enough – they also have to live in it.

Taking this into account, Donatella Versace has designed an immaculate 215-room palace considered to be the most luxurious hotel in the Middle East. The waterfront Palazzo Versace opened late last month in Dubai with rates starting at around $800/room.

The interior and furniture were designed by Donatella herself and feature no shortage of gold and other extravagant materials. The lobby boats a 1000-square-metre mosaic marble floor with walls draped in Versace’s iconic jungle print. Reviews so far range from “I was treated as if I was a queen” to “great start.”

Today we are proud to bring the ultimate Versace lifestyle in Dubai with the new hotel,” said Versace CEO Gian Giacomo Ferraris earlier this week. “The fine and luxurious designs by Versace will be present in every detail of the living environment, and luxury will become a lifestyle.”

The hotel also features eight restaurants – ranging from all-day dining to avant-garde – several bars, a shisha lounge, and a stunning pool bar.

Palazzo Versace Dubai is the second hotel project by the Versace brand, the first of which opened on Australia’s Gold Coast. The next Palazzo is planned for Macau, China.
