Late last week, Notable attended a buzz-worthy event at the Xi Shi Lounge nestled within Vancouver’s swanky Shangri-La Hotel.
Nametag and glass of vino in-tow, we made it our mission to mix and mingle with other young professionals for an evening of networking bliss.
On hand, at what has been touted as one of Vancouver’s premier networking opportunities, were guest speakers with a serious story to tell. The night started with an introduction from the multi-tasking Amielle Lake, CEO and co-founder of mobile marketing company Tagga, followed by Macinhome President and CEO Lucas Roberts. The list of notable speakers didn’t end there. We were also privy to insight shared from Travis Johnson, co-owner of Vancouver Circus School, who spoke of how he turned a serious passion into a successful career in a niche market. No clowning around here.
