Vancouver Young Professionals: Welcome to the Discovery Sessions

Welcome to the Notable and Apothic Wines Discovery Sessions

Glad you could make it.

For the second time, Notable is going on a cross-country tour with our favourite wine brand to bring you – our young professional readers – something you’ll never forget.

Four exclusive events will feature one of the top leaders in our amazing country presenting and sharing their personal path of discovery. And only 150 of the hottest young professionals in your city will be in attendance.

Discoveries will range from business to personal, from philanthropy to possibilities, and from health and happiness all the way to heroism. Each notable leader will break down the barriers in this no-holds-barred evening built for forward-thinking YPs.

Let’s Talk: Vancouver, September 16, 2014. 6-9pm

Hosted inside Parlour Yaletown (1011 Hamilton Street), one of the hottest YP spots in town, you’ll gather over a glass of Apothic Wine and mouth-watering cuisine ranging from Parlour’s notoriously delicious wood-fired oven pizza to canapés and tapas as we bring you one of Vancouver’s – and, in fact, Canada’s – most prolific real estate leaders:

John deCourcey Evans, President & CEO, Trilogy Group of Companies & OPUS Hotels Corporation

John brings over 35 years of revolutionary business insights, deal-making, and brand building to the table and will lead our Vancouver Discovery Sessions event as he talks about his own personal journey and what he’s discovered along the way.

About John:

With a 35-year career in real estate, John deCourcey Evans is considered one of B.C.’s foremost business and community leaders. His career accomplishments range from the conceptualization and realization of the internationally acclaimed OPUS Hotels, to his role as the lead developer for Trilogy’s CAYET “new town” development in the Comox Valley and Intrawest’s Resort on Blackcomb.  John’s key role at Blackcomb set the benchmark for the billion-dollar explosion of real estate development in Whistler beginning in the mid ‘80s.
