Sure, Joe from the block with a Lifetime Loyalty Membership at Applebee’s may not be the most qualified to say one spot’s white butter salmon marquise is superior to another’s farm squab with organic Appalaches oyster mushrooms, but I’d still trust the collective experience of millions of Joes over that of one person who might have been either preferentially treated like royalty or dined on a restaurant’s off night.
Today, TripAdvisor used their massive database of culinary opinion to rank the crème de la crème of Canadian dining. That upper crème, as it turns out, rises appropriately from Quebec, which is home to Canada’s two best fine dining establishments.
