Toronto’s Best Poutine As Voted by You

This week’s poll was won by a curd’s length, making it one of the tightest races we’ve ever had. Keep reading to find out who rode the gravy train home and got your vote as Toronto’s best poutine

And the winner is…

Poutini’s House of Poutine.

Between their convenient Queen West-West location, their bacon, pork, and vegan options, and their seven dipping sauce options (plus maple syrup), Poutini’s has earned the title of Big-Fry – gathering 30% of your votes for Toronto’s Best Poutine.

But to say it was a tight race would be an understatement; the well-known face of Smoke’s Poutinerie, now boasting over 20 locations in Ontario alone (and one now in California), was a close second with 29.3% of your votes.

From there, the competition melted off a bit with Nom Nom Nom Crepes coming in third with 10% of your votes, followed by Prohibition and Poutineville with 6.4% and 5.0% respectively. The most notable listing added by our readers in the “Other” category was the College West Habits Gastropub, offering beef short-rib and duck confit add-ons to their popular poutine.

Below you’ll find a generously topped tub that breaks down all the votes. If you see something you don’t like, let us know in the comments, or next time, just join the referendum…
