Inspired by New York’s high-octane champagne brunch parties, Toronto’s Beringer Brunch Inc. aims to construct champagne brunch parties geared exclusively to the vibrant city’s finest young professionals. The company’s goal is to offer the most entertaining, fun, and innovative party ever attended. The name of the party is derived from English writer Guy Beringer, who first wrote of the term “brunch” in 1895.
