If you haven’t had a chance to check out the performances at this outdoor exhibition, you need to take a trip to the West End and see what all the buzz is about. Hispanic Fiesta is spicing up Mel Lastman Square starting tomorrow. Expect a bevy of performances and street vendors with salsa flare.

Labour of Love 2011 takes over the Guvernment this Saturday and Sunday for a two-day fest packed with DJs and dancing. While this probably isn’t the best spot for anyone looking for a more laid-back weekend event, it’s sure to be one of the best dance circuit tickets around. The Courthouse is hosting the Pretty in Park party on Sunday night in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, and Brant House and Cobra are having the Labour Day Block Party on Sunday as well.

The Drake Hotel is hosting the Ocean-wise Sustainable Ceviche Smackdown on Monday. This event will pit some of Toronto’s hottest chefs against each other to see who will win the appetizer crown.
