One of our favourite shoes for kicking around the city on a Sunday, TOMS, introduces the TOMS x Jonathan Adler Spring 2014 shoe and eyewear collections. The limited edition collaboration will be available for fashion and philanthropy-loving young professionals (YPs) at TOMS.ca starting Tuesday, February 25.
To us, this is a match made in casual shoe/design heaven. We have loved Jonathan Adler products for our home for most of our YP lives. For those in the dark, Adler himself is a renowned potter, designer, author and design personality. His home accessories include things like decorative objects, tabletop collections, bedding, bath accessories, candles, furniture, rugs, pillows and lighting and more. His mixing and matching of bold colors and graphic patterns makes for a vibrant statement to add a little personality to any room of the house.
Following the success of the TOMS x Jonathan Adler summer 2013 eyewear collection, the newest collaboration collection fuses Adler’s signature graphics and pops of color with some of the newest TOMS silhouettes for both shoes and eyewear for spring 2014. In Canada, the TOMS x Jonathan Adler shoe collection will be available in five women’s classic styles for a refreshingly low price of $59. With these shoes, your casual look can be as simple as denim bottoms, a crisp white tee and fun, casual jewellery. Of course, TOMS will also release other new designs for men, women and children this spring as well.
The unisex eyewear collection will be available in two different silhouettes, both more affordably priced than typical sunglasses – the Lobamba ($190) and the Marco ($180). The entire collection will be available at TOMS.ca.
Of course, TOMS are known as pioneers of the One for One program. As always, with every pair of shoes purchased, TOMS will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need and with every pair of eyewear purchased, TOMS will help restore sight to someone in need.
