Web Junkie

China’s become the first country to label Internet addiction as a clinical disorder – so it’s a good thing you don’t live there or you’d be cut off. Tonight’s documentary, Web Junkie, visits a rehab centre in Beijing and focuses on three teens trying (see: being forced) to break their obsession. A month from now the official 100 in 1 Day festival will take place. This global movement has already helped to transform 15 cities around the world since its start in Bogotá in 2012, and we want Toronto to be next.
