Today’s Notable 3some in Toronto: June 25, 2014

Here’s a trio of the hottest things you can do on the last Tuesday in June.*

One Night Stand
Where: EFS, 647 King W.
When: 8:00pm

Settle down. This isn’t a guaranteed hookup – it’s an event that raises awareness for the Hincks Dellcrest Center, a community affiliate of the U of T’s Faculty of Medicine that offers prevention, treatment, research, and education activities for children and teens with mental health issues. But there will be an open bar, celebrity entertainment, and a silent auction, so you never know what could happen…

Disco and Divas
Where: The Phoenix Concert Theatre
When: 8:00pm

PROUD FM is the official radio station of WorldPride so it’s no wonder they’re throwing one of the biggest parties of the week. Disco and Divas will bring The Village People (yes, they’re still alive) to, well, our village for a night of disco-themed dancing that will also feature a performance by Addictiv. And since PROUD FM personality Mike Chalut seems to know the entire city, we expect a pretty great crowd.

Open Roof
Where: 99 Sudbury St.
When: 7:30pm

Music, food, and a movie – and all under the stars. This is what we call summer in Toronto. The Os Tropies, a group of Toronto musicians inspired by the Tropacalia–Brazilian pop music from the 60s, will warm you up before you settle in to watch Wes Anderson’s latest film, The Grand Budapest Hotel. Hungarian-themed food and Amsterdam beer round out the experience.

*Of course, no one would blame you for staying in to get ready for the next Weeknd.
