Today’s Notable 3some in Toronto: June 11, 2014

Here’s a trio of the hottest things you can do on Hump Day.*

Women in Business
Where: KPMG, Suite 4600, 333 Bay Street, Bay/Adelaide Centre
When: 5:30pm

Despite some celebrities’ misunderstanding of the word feminism, we continue to believe in outright equality. Which is why we think you should be joining the Schulich School of Business and KPMG to network with like-minded professionals and learn how female leaders have worked through challenges to move forward in their respective industries.

Earth Day Fundraiser
Where: Mill St. Brewpub
When: 7:00pm

For the eleventh year running, Earth Day Canada will celebrate top Canadian environmental talent at its annual fundraising gala. The money made will go toward supporting EDC’s year-round programs (‘cause really, everyday is Earth Day). Expect food from Michael Stadtländer, laughs from Rick Miller, and a sustainable dance floor that lights up when you bust a move. So basically, you’ll have to dance forever. Unless…

Toronto Firefighters
Where: Tattoo, 67 Queen Street West
When: 7:00pm

We told you it was hump day, and Toronto firefighters are bringing the heat to Tattoo by releasing their 2014 calendar. If you’ve ever had a fireman fantasy, this is probably as close as you’re ever going to come to realizing it. Luckily, the money you spend to drool over these shirtless men will go toward The Fighter Fighters’ Cancer Research Fund at The Princess Margaret so you don’t have to feel too dirty about it.

*Of course, no one would blame you for staying in to start working on your next 20-year prank.
