This Company is Giving Every Employee $20K Toward Their Dream Wedding

When it comes to planning your dream wedding a lot of things can arise that will make your vision seem less and less attainable.

Like a lack of money, for instance.

From photo booths and after reception fireworks, to the multiple wedding gowns (yes, this is actually a thing) — things can get out of hand really quickly. Especially if you’re one of the brides and grooms who can’t afford all of the lavish add-ons.

Which is why it was incredible to hear that one start-up has decided to help pay for all of its employees’ weddings from now on.

After learning that one of his employees was struggling to make ends meet so he could pay for his upcoming wedding, Boxed Wholesale CEO Chieh Huang knew he needed to find a way to help out.

Huang was touched when he learned that Marcel Graham was working double shifts seven days a week in order to earn enough money to throw his wedding in time for his very sick mother to still be there for it.

Huang announced he was having a company meeting and called every worker into the warehouse where he began to tear up as he explained that he had heard about what Graham was doing and said, “no one that works at this company should feel pain like that.”

Huang then revealed that he was going to contribute $20K to Graham’s wedding and every other employee’s wedding in the future. The heartwarming reaction from Graham and his fiance is priceless.
