‘The Floating Seahorse’ is the world’s first submarine suburb.

Interest in the project has been so high, however, that the developer is now considering exporting the design globally – which, if you live in a waterfront city, means your next big move could be under the sea.
“The Floating Seahorse is not restricted to Dubai waters and can be designed and fabricated in Dubai for other resorts and destinations worldwide,” said Josef Kleindienst, who’s company is behind the project.
Each aquatic abode is comprised of three levels with an upper deck, main floor with a kitchen and dining area, as well as an open living area, and an underwater bedroom and bathroom. Prices remain undisclosed. Which probably means if you’ve got too ask…
