The Burroughes Building
The Burroughes Building – originally built as a department store over a hundred years ago – has been renovated to preserve its character (but you probably knew that by now, thanks to the cycle of young professional-filled events to grace the venue). The open space features exposed brick, wood detailing, and high ceilings. You’re free to bring in your own vendors, and purchase your own alcohol and permit.
Canvas
If you’re in search of a completely customizable experience that’s as unique as your coworkers are, Canvas may be your best option. The warehouse-like event space is located within the leading home furniture retailer Elte Market in the heart of the Castlefield Design District and is the result of a collaboration between Elte and the Food Dudes.
