We may all be Airbnb converts by now, but that doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy the occasional splurge on a luxurious hotel while we’re travelling.
Since travel has changed plenty in the last decade, that fancy hotel or beach-side resort just has to be seen to be believed – and that means uploading it on social media.
Instagram data revealed the international hotels that were most frequently uploaded on the picture sharing app. So if you’re looking for travel #inspo, these extravagant accommodations should give your booking finger some exercise.

10. Titanic Deluxe Hotel Belek – Antalya Turkey
With eight restaurants, 14 bars, five outdoor pools and a private beach, we can see why it might be hard to keep your cellphone in your suitcase while vacationing here.
9. Tokyo Disney Resort – Tokyo, Japan
As if being at a Disney theme park wasn’t enough to keep you occupied, there are a whopping eight hotels to look after guests, including the DisneySea Hotel Miracosta – which overlooks the park.
8. The Plaza Hotel – New York City, US
This century-old hotel with castle-like façade sits opposite Central Park in NYC. The Plaza has featured in dozens of movies like Home Alone 2 and Sleepless in Seattle, and once belonged to author F. Scott Fitzgerald.
7. Hotel de Coronado – San Diego, US
This beachside resort housed in a 1888 Victorian property is located on Coronado Island and includes a spa with infinity pool – perfect for snapping the ultimate envy-inducing Instagram post.

A Hawaii hotel set on a 22-acre tropical resort, with 20 restaurants, five pools, and snorkelling and hula-dancing lessons? Oh, go on then, if you twist our arm.
