The Sugar Ball 2013

The 2013 Sugar Ball will welcome more than 600 young professionals at Entrepôts Dominion, constructed in the 1880s and originally used as a cotton mill and later as a textile factory. The evening will honour the upcoming exhibition From Philadelphia to Monaco: Grace Kelly – Beyond the Icon presented at the McCord Museum in June. With a theme inspired by 1950s Montreal, the event will highlight the iconic elements of the city and the silver screen’s golden age glamour. A contemporary spin on decor, food, and music will pay tribute to our city’s history and culture. Montreal’s young professionals will be able to play the movie star, the princess, or the casino crooner for one magical night in support of the McCord Museum.

All proceeds will help the McCord Museum protect, preserve, and promote your heritage, from the music we play on our iPods, to the franglais we speak, to the stories of our parents and grandparents who first set foot in this wonderful city. With your help, we can remember the past and inspire present generations.
