To mark its 20th anniversary, the Chinese Garden at the Montreal Botanical Garden is inviting Montrealers to enjoy the 19th edition of The Magic of Lanterns, this year’s theme titled “The First Emperor’s Procession.” With almost 200 lanterns, each uniquely designed and paying tribute to China’s first Emperor, Quin Shi Huangdi, this event both empowers and honours history through a unique blend of art and poetry that everyone will enjoy.
