Another fabulous Toronto Fashion Week is now in the books.
To cap off a late night and early morning-filled week of fashion shows, parties, and hard work, Fashion Magazine, as usual, hosted their much-anticipated and must-attend Fashion Magazine Fashion Week Awards on Friday night.
Filling The Loft of Andrew Richard Designs with Toronto’s finest in fashion, influence, and genetics, the event recognized the designers, stylists, models, and artist of Toronto Fashion Week.
After all, behind all the glitz and glam reflected in those perfect runway shots is a hard-working team of behind-the-scenes talent. Not to mention, modeling is a craft in and of itself.

Best Makeup: Mackage
Best Styling: Arline Malakian
Best Model: Aluad Anei
Best Menswear: Bustle
Best Collection: Greta Constantine
If your hair had fallen flat after a long week of fashion shows, the team at Portland St.’s Studio 67 was on-site to get you back on track with Instagram-worthy hair touch ups. Smashbox Cosmetics was also there to help your makeup cause (not that the crowd needed much help). Other social media material included a live photo shoot.
Guests were treated to a fully loaded gift bag on the way out, that included everything from a copy of FASHION (naturally) and primer from Smashbox, to a gift card for a blow-out and style at Studio 67 (always handy).
The wine and vodka sodas flowed and the crowd mingled until late in the evening, reflecting on their favourite shows of the week (and likely catching up on the inevitable Fashion Week gossip) before going into recovery and rejuvenation mode after a week well spent.
