The 2015 Montreal Lobster Clam Jam is Coming

Montreal is definitely not lacking when it comes to foodie events. But there are some special soirees, which keep exciting us year after year.

Welcome to the Annual Montreal Lobster Clam Jam.

The 2015 edition will be taking place outdoors, rain or shine, on Sunday May 24th from 12pm to 7pm at the majestic Chateau St. Ambroise along the scenic Lachine Canal.
The events mission is not only to put on an affordable family oriented food festival, but to also raise money for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

We always say that there’s nothing better than charity and food combined.

So what can you expect this year?

A huge variety of hot local restaurants that will give you the opportunity to experience mouth-watering dishes ranging from meat to seafood with the festivals spotlight ingredient being lobster. Obviously.

Local and international ingredients will spice up every original creation from the 24 restaurants on site.
Speaking of which, here are some of the food players partaking this year: Ryu, Dirty Dogs, Taverne Monkland, Bocata, Decca77, Inferno, Joverse, Rosalie, Rasoi, La Cuisine d’Izza, Arem, Le Red Tiger, Pandore, and several more.

But that’s not all – it wouldn’t be summer if there wasn’t also a mojito bar.

Not into mojitos? There’s always the beer bar.

Not into beer or mojitos? Well, there’s a wine bar for you.

As you can see, there’s going to be a little something for everyone at Lobster Clam Jam. Not to mention a Cafe bar provided by Villeray’s Cafe Vito and two fancy dessert stations that will be on-hand to satisfy your inner fat kid.
Admission is either $40 with four Coupons or $60 with nine coupons. Each coupon is worth $5. All food and beverages will be one coupon with a few specialty items charging two.

Make sure you mark your calendars. You can thank us later.
