Despite the freezing temperatures, there's no excuse for hibernation this weekend in Toronto. After all, every young professional's motto should be 'work hard, play hard'. Play hard is exactly what we have in store for you, with DJ skate parties, theatre performances, gallery exhibits and notable restaurant spots aplenty in the first Toronto Weekender of the year

On top of giving you a list of Toronto's most notable New Year's Eve parties, we also have a ton of restaurants and events for young professionals that will make this one of the most unforgettable weekends in a long time. We've even considered some things to do for Sunday morning if you make it out of bed

The city is starting to slowly shut down as Christmas approaches, with notable events being fewer and far between on our calendar. We've still managed to pack our Weekender full of amazing holiday parties and even a few resto openings, though
