Reboot Your Fitness Resolutions with R Gym
If you’re like me, you’ve made a New Year’s resolution to get back to the gym, to eat healthy and to start training for the Spartan Race. (Ok, maybe not that last part.) If you’re like me, you started out with morning vegetable juices and afternoon gym classes only to find that the routine is getting old fast. Yoga is too spiritual, pilates is too repetitive, and spinning is, well, spinning. Enter R Gym
