First there was UNO, and then La Carnita presented DOS, another superb evening of collaboration in art, music and food, this past Friday. 40 international artists (Sam Flores, Mike Giant, and Faith 47 to name a few) battled it out with stunning original works of art while superstar DJs Platurn and Grandtheft were going set for set and track for track on four turntables

For the second consecutive year, the creative minds behind DOS will bring a prolific line-up of some of the greatest names in art and food to Toronto for the party of the summer. Tickets go on sale Saturday, June 1 (that's tomorrow!)

La Carnita's pop-up resto opened just last week and is ready to give Grand Electric and Toucan Taco Bar a run for their tortillas. Boasting tacos like In Cod We Trust, Tostada de Lengua, and Pollo Frito, the options satisfy most any palette or craving

La Carnita has made quite the impression during sporadic appearances in Toronto, once when it became the city's first pop-up taco shop last July and then again when it drew an estimated 1500 people recently to an "art show." You'll definitely be seeing a lot more of it soon now that the nomadic concept has found a home on College Street
