Gala
The 2nd Annual Stems of Hope Gala: Robotica, in support of Three to Be is the guaranteed ticket on Saturday the 24th. The Gala, hosted by Global’s Anne Mroczkowski and Leslie Roberts, transforms the Kool Haus into a celebration and fundraiser with video art installations and exhibits, futuristic decor and lighting, and special f/x. You’ll also get to experience a special musical performance by the quick-witted Barenaked Ladies while noshing on flights of food and sipping cocktails. Is there anything more notable than that? (PS Bring your wallets, we hear there will amazing live and silent auctions and raffles with stellar prizes.)

Why: Three to Be is a fund at Sick Kids and Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospitals that supports and advances laboratory and clinical research initiatives for the development of therapies and treatments for children living with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological disorders. After Party
After the Stems of Hope Gala comes the Robotica After Party. Toss on your best cocktail chic attire and join the Gala attendees for a night of drinks (it’s an open bar), dancing, and futuristic sounds laid down by special guest DJ Alexandra Richards. NY Fries and South Street Burger will also be there, providing some delicious bites. If you can’t make the gala, be sure to hit up the After Party.
