Spring Thaw

At the end of March, 20 of Canada’s top chefs will descend on the Palais Royale to cook up a culinary storm that will rival any this country has ever seen. The Canadian Chefs’ Congress plans to focus on organic and non-GMO producers in Ontario, while they bring new and exciting developments in the food world directly to your taste buds. Geoff Hopgood (Hopgood’s Foodliner), Jamie Kennedy (Jamie Kennedy Kitchens), Paula Navarrete (Daisho), and Anthony Rose (Rose And Sons and Big Crow) are just some of the big names who’ll be in attendance. There will also be live jazz music, wines provided by Wine County Ontario, and beer by Creemore Springs. This might be the best Monday night ever.
