Details: In support of the St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation, the West End BIA and Robson Street are joining forces to kick off the holiday season in style with the Shine, Shop & Dine Trolley Tour. Anchored by the St. Paul’s Lights of Hope, residents and visitors alike can hop aboard the free trolleys from any of one 12 site Saturdays from 4:30pm to 9:30pm from November 23 to December 21.
