Sarah Welch: YP Style Profile

The bright colours of nature and bold prints influence Sarah’s tribal look – vibrant and beautiful, simple and natural, earthy and fun. Her light-spirited girl next door persona allows her to transition from glamorous brocade blazers to summer baggy Ts and feminine silky skirts.

Sarah’s artistic nature cultivates her love for fashion; it is no surprise that she would have her own store and buy her own collection for Three Hearts, where you could find easy-to-wear sundresses for spring and summer, intricate Agua Bendita bathing suits, and elegant adorned statement pieces.

Job: Partner at Three Hearts

Currently wearing: Mother Jeans, Toupy sleeveless blouse, Hermes belt, Generation love jacket, YSL shoes, and Stella McCartney bag.

Favourite labels: Alaia, Victoria Beckham, Tom Ford, DVF, Zara, Iro, Camilla, Golden Hour.

Fashion and beauty pet peeves: Crocs and white socks, orange spray tan or too much foundation.

What’s in her closet? I am less of a trendy buyer, so I usually try buying classic pieces I could wear for many seasons. I believe every girl should have an evening gown in her closet for a black tie event or a cocktail party in different seasonal colours, and perfect fitting black leggings and a classic pair of Manolo pumps.

Cities that influence her style: New York, London, Tokyo.

What is her style advice for young professionals? A low chignon bun makes any girl look professional, elegant, and confident. As a young professional, you also need comfort, so I would suggest investing in a good pair of Gianvito Rossi heels that can easily be worn with any cocktail dress. I love Diane von Furstenberg and I think young professionals can find anything they need in her collection to look the part!
