ROM PROM 2014 Forbidden PROM

On Saturday, March 29th, Royal Ontario Museum’s beloved ROM PROM returns to fill the Michael Lee-Chin Crystal with ready-to-party young professionals (YPs) and charity event regulars from across the city. Part costume party, part professional and social networking opportunity, and full excuse to take complete advantage of an early spring Saturday night out, ROM PROM is the Young Patron’s Circle’s largest fundraiser for the Royal Ontario Museum. Inspired by the ROM’s Centennial exhibition, Forbidden PROM will be an unforgettable night of live entertainment and dancing, alluring activities, gourmet fare, Chinese astrology readings and tempting lounge areas. With a dress code of rich and regal, you know the attire will call for no shortage of exquisite embellishments, elaborate hair ornaments, mysterious makeup, crisp tuxedos and embroidered robes, making for ample Instagram activity.

You have two options for Forbidden PROM:
 

The Party: 9 PM TO 1 AM
Includes cocktails and gourmet treats, alluring activities, live performances and dancing to the tunes of DJ Rory Them Finest.
Party ticket $150 | YPC Member $125 | 10 Ticket Package $1,350

VIP Experience: 8 PM
Includes 10 party tickets, private registration and coat check, VIP reception with wine and chocolate, curator-guided tour of The Forbidden City: Inside the Court of China’s Emperors, reserved seating, tableside service and Uber credit or discount. The VIP experience is $3,000.
