Recap: Boys’ Night Out

Lifford Wine Agency’s Boys’ Night Out is the kind of night any guy can enjoy: fine wine, oysters, pulled pork sandwiches, whiskey, cognac, golf, hot cars, suave tunes. The annual event is a flagship on the Toronto event scene, with a veritable collective of Toronto’s taste-making and influential gents getting together in support of a notable charity while enjoying all life has to offer.

The evening kicked off with a VIP wine tasting, and come 7pm, the downtown Toronto Audi dealership – which provided the perfect backdrop for the evening – filled with a crowd ready to loosen their ties and kick back with some awesome food and entertainment. The guys in attendance feasted on bites from some of Toronto’s hottest catering companies, sipped whiskey and cognac and wine, and drove balls out back with Calloway clubs. Magnum sponsor Harry Rosen had some of the notable fashions men can expect come the Fall/Winter 2011 season setup in the centre of the main room, with Audi’s hot cars on display for the boys to check out. Sharp Magazine’s outdoor lounge saw cigars being smoked and shoes being shined, while inside Maclean’s photobooth was putting the guys on the front cover mockup.
