Power Ball OldNew World

We’ve said it before: Power Ball is the art party of the year. The Power Plant, Canada’s leading contemporary art gallery, presents Power Ball: Old / New World on Thursday, June 5th. The must-attend event will attract more than 2,500 guests from Toronto’s art, fashion and entertainment communities, who will indulge in an evening of art, cuisine, cocktails, visual and sensory stimulation and discovery. If you are still not convinced, check out our recent post to find out why it is better to party in a gallery than a club.

Power Ball is the largest annual fundraising event for The Power Plant and always a memorable way to kick off summer with fellow young professionals (YPs).  The evening begins with a VIP experience at 7:00pm in a summer-evening perfect oasis overlooking the lake where guests will experience a private installation, enjoy private bars, and delicious eats. Always allowing for a sense of discovery, the party (the party portion starts at 9:00) will lead you on a journey that sets analogue and digital technology on a collision course in art performances and installations that will shatter convention and transport party-goers to a brand new world – all to support programming at The Power Plant.
